A systematic business model as I see it is a business system. Ones that might sound familiar are the Toyota Production Systems, Danaher Business System, Honda WAY or Honeywell Business System.These frameworks are essential the road map that governs the culture, approach and business philosophy of the operating businesses on how to create shareholder value. It is the play book for how to manage, improve processes and implement strategy from the very top of the organization to the point of occurrence at every level.I am an amateur but I did post a 4 pg ppt on business systems and how to implement them starting off from scratch. In all of these business systems however, success is difficult with out Strategy and Policy Deployment as a starting factor for the business.See attached tool sets:I hope this helps….
